Adaptation of the questionnaire “Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture” for the analysis of patient safety-related culture within the hospital realm of the Spanish National Health System.

Objectives

• Adapt and design a reliable, valid tool for measuring the patient safety-related attitudes and behaviors within the hospital realm of the Spanish National Health System.
• Favor the Soutine use of the questionnaire for the evaluation, improvement and monitoring of the safety climate at the hospitals in the Spanish National Health System.
