Contains revisions made by the Cochrane Patient Safety Revision Group. Also includes news, articles, documents and other information of interest relating to patient safety in Spain and abroad.

Patient safety, published quarterly, is a supplement to the Newsletters of the SNS (National Health System) Quality Agency prepared through a contract between the Ministry of Health and Social Policy and Colaboración Cochrane Iberoamericana and is distributed free of charge by e-mail se.
