Seguridad del Paciente - Patient Safety

The SNS Quality Agency has disseminated an electronic version of the publication “Studies on the quality of life of patients affected by certain disorders" published by Service Publications of Ministry of Health and Social Policy at the end of 2009.

This report has been conducted by IMS Health for SNS Quality Agency in the context of the project “Study for the further enhancement of the knowl-edge of patient quality of life and healthcare services evaluation".

This final findings report is comprised of 4 quality of life studies:

• Evaluation of the health-related quality of life (HRQL) in patients who have presented a stroke.
• Impact on health-related quality of life in breast cancer patients having undergone surgery in Spain.
• Health-related quality of life in patients hip prostheses during rehabilitation.
• Health-related quality of life of fragile elderly patients frequently hospitalized in Spain.
